Casas Del Rio Condominiums is located directly on the Colorado
River, 8 miles North of the town of Parker, Arizona and by water
to the Blue Water Casino. We are approximately 38 miles South of
Lake Havasu City, and only 12 miles to Havasu Springs where access
to the lake is available.
We consist of 38 units with a
private marina and boat slips and a 30 foot deep single vehicle
garage for each unit. We also are owners of an adjacent private
lot for parking of the owners boat trailers and guest automobiles
while visiting the facility.
We are managed by a volunteer
Board of Directors elected by the membership at our annual
meeting, the first Saturday of the week of May each year. The HOA
is governed by a set of CC&R's. The facilities are well maintained
and each HOA member pays a monthly HOA dues into the General Fund.
We are a friendly, fun loving community with the River Spirit
of a "kick-back and enjoy the Arizona weather" attitude. Since the
majority of the home owners use their property as a vacation spot,
we have a commitment to relaxation and an easy going mind set.
